Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Program Management Senior Specialist to orchestrate email marketing campaigns from ideation through deployment. Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management coordinating cross-functional teams across orgs
• Experience managing complex email marketing campaigns and timelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across PMMs, production, and development teams
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and QA processes for web/email
• Data analysis skills to interpret performance and advise improvements

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMMs in campaign ideation and intake document formulation
• Define feasibility, execution timeline and email personalization details
• Provide input on growth, segmentation and customer journeys to meet goals
• Guide Campaign Requirement Documents and manage production timelines
• Coordinate with offshore teams and Data Specialists to align data and HTML production
• Manage campaign deployment in Gamma and monitor campaign health
• Lead post-launch analysis to derive engagement insights
• Document issues and drive blameless post mortems to prevent repeats
