Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
• 10+ years experience in project management roles across multiple organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• 2+ years experience managing teams with direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Senior Specialists.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage performance against service levels and deliverables; identify initiatives to meet objectives.
• Compile and report metrics with insights and solutions for workflow improvements.
• Present key metrics with leadership to drive operational efficiency.
• Hold 1:1s to discuss performance and development.
• Design and implement incentive structures to improve engagement.
• Interview and onboard new team members across business workflows.
• Ensure training resources for high-quality work environment.
