Job summary

Abbott seeks a Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology (EP) to support physicians and healthcare professionals across the EP portfolio. You will provide advanced clinical and educational support, build strong relationships with customers, and help identify opportunities to grow the EP business.

Responsibilities include trainings, case coverage, and collaboration with Sales to demonstrate products. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years EP experience, and IBHRE EP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in EP.
• IBHRE EP certified.
• Solely dedicated to EP support.
• Ability to mentor and train EP CS roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical, engineering, educational and technical support for EP products.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities with the sales team.
• Lead trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals.
• Provide insights on market feedback and next-generation product concepts.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage.
• Support EP Sales with product demonstrations and training.
• Assist with seminars, studies and data collection.
