Job summary

Abbott’s Electrophysiology (EP) business is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for EP products and procedures. You will act as a senior clinician interface, building credible relationships with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care and product adoption.

The role demands a minimum of 3 years in EP, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and IBHRE EP certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of clinical EP experience, internal or external.
IBHRE EP certification is required.
Able to mentor EP CS roles and conduct complex mapping cases.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for EP products.
Act as senior clinical interface between medical community and Abbott.
Identify customer needs and advise on product performance to influence sales.
Develop and deliver trainings and programs on EP products to healthcare professionals.
Provide regional EP case coverage and back-up support to EP Sales.
Mentor and lead less experienced Clinical Specialists and stay current on industry trends.
