Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will design, install, test, and maintain complex electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial customers, with a focus on intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and IT systems. Responsibilities include field installations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with owners and design teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with electronics training or graduation from electronics program or electrical apprenticeship.
• Add'l 3 years electronics installation/maintenance on multiple systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to present and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Executes on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conducts site surveys, configures hardware/software, tests operation, and provides customer support.
• Leads safety compliance, quality inspections, and coordination with project teams.
