Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) group.

The role focuses on field installations, maintenance, testing, and support of electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial customers. The technician will work across intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and IT systems, performing site surveys, configurations, and commissioning with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma/GED and electronics training.
• Minimum 3 years of electronics installation/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Configures hardware and software, tests systems for proper operation, and provides technical support.
• Maintains safety plans, conducts quality inspections, and documents activities; communicates with customers and teams.
