Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team. The role involves on-site installations, maintenance, and testing of electronic security systems for federal, local, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include site surveys, hardware/software configuration, and ensuring system reliability while collaborating with owners, design teams, and project staff. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Military Electronics Training (min 720 hours) or Electronics Technician program graduate or Electrical Apprenticeship graduate.
• 3 years additional electronics installation/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems.
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware/software, test systems for proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers and communicate with clients and team members.
• Lead by example, mentor crew members, and coordinate with project teams.
