Qualificações

• BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or Engineering required.
• 8+ years with BA/BS, or 6+ years with a Master’s in Sourcing/SCM.
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commodity category strategies to drive value in Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, and Sustainability.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and award for new suppliers across business units.
• Manage approved supplier list for electronics commodities.
• Support win-bid activities by identifying and onboarding critical suppliers.
• Analyze data to understand the existing electronics supply base and categories.
• Perform market research and analyze trends for electronics categories.
• Identify risks/opportunities with SWOT and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with Saab affiliates to plan near/long-term needs.
• Create an adaptable electronics supply chain.
• Lead supplier evaluations to assess capabilities and processes.
• Conduct spend analysis and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in QBRs with critical suppliers to manage performance.
• Support Small Business objectives and promote diverse supplier base.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop supplier evaluation scoring.
• Develop or modify SOPs and work instructions.
