Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of electronics experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and communication protocols.
• Experience in testing automation framework design and development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical and project lead for verification and validation of new product development projects and product line support activities.
• Design and drive the testing automation framework.
• Lead and provide training for global V&V teams.
• Participate in process improvements and changes.
• Develop verification and validation strategies, plans, and procedures for embedded firmware, hardware, and system-level testing.
• Execute testing across functional, integration, system, regression, and performance areas.
