The Senior Electronics Engineer will lead verification and validation for Eaton’s circuit breakers and protection systems, drive testing automation, and mentor global V&V teams. This position supports continuous improvement across product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 2 years of electronics experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and communication protocols.
• Experience in testing automation framework design and development.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead V&V for embedded firmware, hardware and system testing of circuit breakers and protection systems.
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain verification test cases, scripts and frameworks.
• Lead and train global V&V teams and drive process improvements.
• Develop verification plans, traceability, and test documentation.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, systems engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management.
• Investigate defects and perform root-cause analysis across hardware and software.
