Eaton's ES AMER PCS division in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to design and develop embedded software for our next-generation control and monitoring systems in conjunction with Circuit Breaker products.

Hybrid role with relocation assistance for qualified US candidates. The position interfaces with global engineering teams and emphasizes design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement across hardware and software domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or CS.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on embedded software development experience.
• Experience with multi-controller systems (C/C++, RTOS) and low-level hardware interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded firmware for next-generation control systems.
• Plan and coordinate detailed work with the development team.
• Review own and others' work in design and quality reviews.
• Develop expertise in embedded software and contribute to investigations.
• Support and develop test suite tools for verification and stress testing.
• Participate in process improvement and address issues across functions.
