Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing or plant operations.
• Working knowledge of production tooling, assembly fixtures, and test fixtures (e.g., ICT/FCT).
• Technical knowledge of electronic and electro‑mechanical components, assemblies, PCBAs, drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Working knowledge of electronics assembly equipment and related manufacturing processes.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Industrialization and Production Readiness: support electronics and PCBA industrialization for NPI/PLS from development through release for production.
• Design and Manufacturing Support: provide manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT) input; procure tooling, fixtures, and capital assets.
• Process Control: validate products and processes; develop electronics process controls, test procedures, and standard work.
• Continuous Improvement: apply DFSS, Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to electronics manufacturing.
• Cost Management: support cost tracking and capital expense forecasts for NPI/PLS programs.
