Job summary

Diversified in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Lead ESS Installation Technician to manage complex field installs for client projects. You’ll lead installation teams, interpret drawings, manage BOMs, and coordinate with project management, superintendents, and clients to ensure on-time completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on access control and CCTV installation, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large commercial environments.
• Experience supervising others and coaching to Diversified standards.
• Lenel certification preferred.
• Ability to understand drawings, matrices, BOMs and SRDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on project sites while performing as an Installation Technician.
• Know and learn BOM content and required material for each job.
• Maintain project schedule for device/head end installation and terminations.
