Job summary

Diversified is seeking an Installation Superintendent – Electronic Security to lead field efforts on technology projects. You’ll coordinate with PMs, design engineers, and field teams to ensure successful installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems on client sites.

The role requires reviewing drawings, BOMs, and schedules, mentoring technicians, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Travel and onsite leadership are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience with admin capabilities to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam/Adobe Reader, Project drawing, SRDs, RFIs, Redlines.
• Ability to review matrix and BOM list and understand ACS/CCTV systems.
• Must maintain schedule and follow DIV28 quality control.
• Active travel with valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide one point of onsite client contact.
• Track hours for subcontractors and internal crew.
• Run multiple installation superintendents on large projects.
• Oversee complex projects with multiple subs and divisions.
• Review BOM at project start and determine material needs.
• Communicate equipment needs with PM and Design Engineering team.
• Keep project within the given time frame.
• Escalate delays to Regional Supervisor/PM/Program Manager.
• Own project schedules and supervise technicians.
• Maintain schedule and DIV28 quality control.
• Document milestones, issues, and RFIs weekly in OneNote.
• Delegate work to technicians/subcontractors.
• Maintain inventory records online.
• Notify appropriate party about missing/defective equipment.
• Foster a positive team environment.
