You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and advanced groups to ensure reliable, manufacturable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electro-mechanical design experience, strong PCB layout and materials knowledge, and proficiency with 3D CAD tools; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 5 years in electro-mechanical systems design and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal management initiatives and cost optimization.
• Conduct design reviews to improve manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate components.
• Analyze materials/processes for quality and durability.
• Support production troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• Drive DFX strategies across product lifecycle.
