Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an experienced engineer to own design and optimization of mechanical and fluid systems for manufacturing equipment. You will lead design, validation, and process improvements across machine structures, tooling, and process utilities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and hands-on engagement with equipment installation, commissioning and qualification to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years in engineering roles.
• Experience designing, specifying, commissioning or troubleshooting industrial mechanical and fluid systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical controls and PLC-based automation including schematics and I/O.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and analysis of machine structures, tooling and fixtures.
• Develop, validate and implement robust manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform fluid-system calculations and piping/valve selections for process systems.
• Lead equipment installation, commissioning, and production qualification activities.
• Mentor team members and manage cross-functional project teams.
