Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of machine design experience.
• Strong proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling.
• Broad knowledge of materials, components, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical resource on mid/high complexity Power Tool NPD projects.
• Provide clear technical information to cross-functional teammates to facilitate decisions.
• Establish test regimens and deliver data analysis to support design recommendations.
• Mentor engineering and non-engineering teammates.
• Apply first principles to create models and support decision-making with engineering analysis.
• Perform mechanical stress analysis on linear and nonlinear systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical challenges.
• Design and analyze gear-driven systems and mechanisms, including sound and vibration considerations.
