Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Brookfield, WI seeks a Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer to lead thermal management and the integration of mechanical and electrical systems in our power tools. You will drive DFx, cost optimization, and manufacturability improvements while collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Advanced Groups.

Responsibilities include design reviews, materials and process analyses for durability, and supporting production with continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal management initiatives focusing on optimal airflow and cooling.
• Conduct design reviews to improve functionality and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing and Advanced Groups to integrate components.
• Analyze materials and processes to ensure quality and durability.
• Support production troubleshooting and implement continuous improvements.
