Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Principal Electromechanical Engineer to join the Materials Analysis Organization in Linthicum, MD. Lead design, analysis, and prototype integration across electrical, mechanical, and materials disciplines while mentoring engineers and coordinating with suppliers.

Role requires active security clearance, strong NX/3D modeling skills, and knowledge of GD&T andPWB design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required years of experience or higher as specified.
• Experience with PWB/CCA design and signal routing a plus.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, and materials principles to complex systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design and analyze prototypes.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage CRM tool maintenance.
