Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Linthicum, Maryland seeks a Principal/Senior Principal Electromechanical Design Engineer to develop state-of-the-art RF, digital, and mixed-signal modules on-site.

Qualifications include degrees in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or related fields, with extensive PWB/CCA design and signal routing experience using AutoCAD, Xpedition, and NX. DoD Secret clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years PWB/CCA design and signal routing experience for scale packages.
• Experience with materials, specs, and design tools for multi-chip modules and PWBs.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototyping, and production support for RF, digital, and mixed-signal modules (MCMs).
• Collaborate in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with electrical design, systems engineering, and manufacturing.
• Organize tasks to meet milestones within schedule and budget; provide technical leadership and mentoring.
