Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in PWB/CCA design and signal routing.
• Advanced knowledge of NX 3D modeling and engineering drawing practices.
• Familiarity with MIL-spec standards and aerospace/defense components.
• Experience with GD&T and ASME Y14.5/YS14.100 practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex electromechanical designs.

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, and material principles to components and systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to solve design challenges.
• Organize tasks with senior engineers to meet milestones within schedule and budget.
• Maintain CRM tool and ensure compliance with Vita standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and review CRM maintenance activities.
