The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, and an Active Secret clearance. You will collaborate across teams to resolve EMI, manage data, and maintain critical tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Understanding of RF theory and electromagnetic principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for team environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the MDA Spectrum Management Office under the Specialty Engineering Director.
• Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for MDA missions with accuracy.
• Develop and submit System Certifications (DD Form 1494) using STEPSTONE and EL‑CID.
• Develop, coordinate and submit frequency authorization requests using Spectrum XXI for various systems.
• Create, update and maintain reports/databases supporting operational and engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot EMI issues between developmental and deployed systems.
• Document SOPs, workflows and technical solutions to improve knowledge sharing.
• Prepare Host Nation Coordination packets and site surveys for globally deploying systems.
