The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, US Secret clearance, and strong collaboration with the MDA SMO under the Chief Engineer Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Strong understanding of RF theory and EMI.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the MDA SMO under the Specialty Engineering Director.
• Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for all MDA missions.
• Develop, author, and submit System Certifications (DD1494) using STEPSTONE and EL-CID.
• Prepare frequency authorization requests using Spectrum XXI for various systems.
• Develop and maintain critical reports and databases to support activities.
• Troubleshoot EMI issues between developmental and deployed systems.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Prepare Host Nation Coordination packets and Site Surveys for global deployments.
