Qualifications

• Technical diploma preferred in Mechanical or Electrical related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Expert troubleshooting and sound problem-solving judgment.
• Comfort with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Review CMMS tickets, align on priorities with production, and plan parts/tools for the evening.
• Make plant rounds and operational checks, including water treatment and refrigeration systems.
• Tackle scheduled PMs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assets.
• Diagnose and rapidly repair unexpected breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Capture work performed and parts used in CMMS before shift-end handoff.
• Spot reliability opportunities and suggest improvements to reduce recurring failures.
