ManpowerGroup's Manpower Engineering unit is recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Technician in Minneapolis, MN, onsite at 1st shift with occasional on-call weekends.

The role involves maintaining a wide range of manufacturing equipment, performing repairs, and supporting equipment installations to help meet production schedules.

You will read schematics, work with motors, VFDs, and pneumatics, and collaborate with area leads and engineers to drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; AA or two-year technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience with an AA or two-year degree or 15+ years without an AA/2-year degree.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production equipment to peak operating effectiveness with minimal downtime within budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance with area lead according to production build plans.
• Perform RCA during equipment malfunctions.
• Provide project support for area lead and engineers.
• Replace motors, fans, VFDs, and read schematics to fix machine issues.
• Coordinate tooling and equipment repair with suppliers as needed.
• Train others on troubleshooting and minor machine repairs.
• Maintain supply of spare parts for corrective maintenance activities.
• Communicate handoffs with other maintenance techs and teams.
• Identify quality issues needing investigation and disposition.
