Job summary

DSM-Firmenich AG in Arcadia, WI is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment to support GMP manufacturing. The role covers pumps, HVAC, electrical panels, sensors, and related systems.

A strong background in electrical/maintenance and safety procedures is required. You will join a 2-2-3 schedule with day or night shifts and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate level degree in a maintenance/ electrical field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of on-the-job electrical and/or maintenance experience with proven reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, rebuilds and performs preventive maintenance on plant equipment and utilities.
• Operates and maintains HVAC, pumps, motors, electrical panels, sensors, boilers and air compressors.
• Follows lockout/tagout procedures and documents issues and resolutions.
• Diagnoses problems and proposes practical solutions to keep production on schedule.

Education

Vocational/Associate’s degree in electrical or maintenance field

High School Diploma with 7 years maintenance experience
