Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Training Specialist to develop and conduct programs for clients and internal staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to work well with others, use sound judgment and possess good technical, teaching and business knowledge.
• IEEE, IAEI and/or other professional organization involvement expected.
• Make public speaking presentations as assigned.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends, if required; available for out-of-area assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers new training programs.
• Develops outline, text, handouts, tests and laboratory exercise designs.
• Reviews classes and provides support to other instructors.
• Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainee performance.
• Performs field maintenance and testing support.
• Provides training course development and support.
• Promotes, schedules, coordinates, and communicates training delivery to all parties.
• Supports sales and operations leaders to promote external training with customers.
