Job summary

Electrical Reliability Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Engineer to develop and conduct internal and external technical training on safe operation, maintenance, and testing of electrical power system equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineer (BSEE) with a minimum of 6 years in related electrical power field engineering and training.
• Willing to work flexible hours and weekends; available for out-of-area assignments of several weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develops and conducts internal and external technical training on safe operation and testing of electrical power system equipment.
• Develop content and instructional materials used in training delivery and design exercises to enhance classroom content.
• Manage training programs (course/curriculum) and coordinate resources for offerings.
• Assist in developing and administering new training programs.
• Review classes and provide support to other instructors.
• Promote, schedule, and communicate training delivery with all parties involved.
