• Deliver complex technical training, in-person or virtual, for employees and customers.
• Develop and revise training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical/electronic products and procedures; collaborate with SMEs.
• Provide coaching to junior trainers and support continuous program improvement.
