Job summary
Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer IV - Electrical to design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for PCB production. The role will support a new factory startup at the Prince George, VA site, building operations and creating process flow from the ground up.
Extensive HV testing experience and strong documentation skills are required. Candidates should have 10+ years in test engineering for electronics, with ability to lead technicians, coordinate with other teams,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in test engineering for electronics.
- Experience with high voltage testing and HIPOT.
- Ability to create and maintain test procedures and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain test procedures and tester software for PCB production.
- Lead startup team to build manufacturing and testing capabilities onsite.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish process flow and control documents.
- Provide training to production testing staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Review test data and generate technical reports for management.
