Job summary

Jabil is seeking Test Engineers at all levels to support a new factory startup for large form‑factor equipment. You will design, implement and maintain test procedures and tester hardware for complex HV/LV electronic assemblies, and collaborate with process technicians to build a scalable production workflow.

Requires 2+ years (Engineer II), 5+ years (Engineer III), or 7+ years (Engineer IV) experience; strong troubleshooting, safety discipline, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years experience in high voltage testing in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience running and setting up HIPOT tests (dielectric and insulation testing).
• Ability to ensure safe test operations and identify safety risks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production.
• Review circuit board designs for testability requirements and provide test recommendations.
• Generate reports and analyses of test data; document procedures for production.
• Provide training to production testing staff and coordinate team activities.
• Lead and coach technicians, manage performance and continuous improvement.
