Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Test Engineer IV - Electrical for the Prince George, VA site to design, develop and maintain test procedures and tester hardware/software for electronic circuit board production. This role requires deep expertise in medium/high-voltage testing and the ability to drive testing programs in a fast-paced manufacturing startup.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in test engineering, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the capacity to mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• BS in Electronics or EE required with 10+ years of experience.
• 10+ years of test engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with high voltage testing and HIPOT preferred.
• Ability to develop and document test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test procedures and hardware.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Generate test data reports and technical documentation.
• Provide training to production testing staff.
