Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Senior Test Engineer in Hollister, CA to lead the design, development, and qualification of automated electrical test systems for new manufacturing lines, including HV, isolation, and embedded tests.

You will own the test data infrastructure, develop fault-detection algorithms, implement data workflows for SPC and trend analysis, and ensure AS9100, AS9145, and AS9102 compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field;
• 5–8+ years in electrical test engineering and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and qualification of automated electrical test systems for new manufacturing lines (functional, parametric, continuity, isolation, HV, embedded-interface).
• Architect ATE systems integrating power supplies, oscilloscopes, DAQ, DMMs, SMUs, load banks, sensors, and interfaces (CAN, SPI, I2C, RS-485, Ethernet).
• Develop automated electrical test sequences and frameworks using LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C#, or similar tools.
• Own the test data infrastructure: automated data capture, databases, retention, dashboards, data integrity across sites.
• Implement data workflows for SPC, yield analysis, trend tracking, predictive failure analytics.
• Lead FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ of automated electrical test equipment for factory standups and line transfers.
