Job summary

Senra Systems seeks a Senior Test Engineer to lead electrical test across the factory, establishing best practices and approving test programs. You will design and maintain test fixtures, run end-of-line tests, and mentor a growing team of Test Specialists to ensure robust, repeatable verification processes for high‑quality harness builds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in electrical test, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals including continuity, resistance, hipot and Ohm's Law.
• Extensive experience developing automated electrical test programs and fixtures for complex assemblies.
• Experience with automated wire harness test equipment, Cirris preferred.
• Experience with hipot/dielectric withstanding testing in production.
• Ability to read schematics, wire lists, connector drawings, and engineering docs.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environments and test reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical SME for electrical test across Senra Systems.
• Review and approve test programs; lead investigations for complex failures.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures and interfaces for harness configurations.
• Own end-of-line and in-process electrical testing; develop repeatable workflows.
• Lead First Article Inspections and customer witness testing.
• Generate test reports, CoCs, NCRs; ensure traceability and AS9100 compliance.
• Mentor Test Specialists through coaching and knowledge transfer.
