Job summary

TalentCORE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical Technologies team in Rancho Bernardo. Lead development of electrical system command and data handling architectures and high-speed digital circuits for satellites and space systems.

Responsibilities include architecture design, testing, and leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires extensive experience in high-power processing, signal and image processing, and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering; twelve+ years with bachelor's, ten+ with master's, or seven+ with PhD; substitution possible.
• Active DoD Security Clearance is preferred
• Experience: electrical system command and data-handling architecture; high-speed digital circuit design; embedded processing and controls; hardware design from digital to RF; design through production; familiarity with DoD reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Desired experience: high-reliability aerospace electronics and unmanned space systems (micro/small satellites).

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, prototyping, integration and testing of high-power processing and control solutions across product lines and tech areas.
• Define technical objectives for design reviews and deliver solutions.
• Improve legacy systems and develop new architectures.
• Develop electrical architectures, perform analyses, document findings, present to management.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and schedules.
• Coordinate multi-year deployment plans and ensure documentation and testing are completed.
• Represent the company as a prime technical contact on contracts and projects.
