Job summary

TalentCORE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Electrical Technologies team in the Rancho Bernardo area. The role focuses on Circuit and Component Radiation Assurance for space systems, involving analysis, testing, and qualification of EEE parts and PCBA designs.

The successful candidate will guide engineering teams, develop requirements for radiation-hardened components, and collaborate on laser/EO sensors and payloads for space vehicles and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering or related field plus progressive engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance is required.
• Experience in radiation effects analysis, testing, and qualification for space hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, prototype design, integration and test of electrical systems for space products.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to staff on radiation assurance and circuit design.
• Develop analyses and documentation to support design through production.
• Communicate results to management and prepare technical presentations.
