Job summary

CEC Facilities LLC is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field trades on electrical construction projects. You will supervise electricians, foremen, and crews, manage safety, scheduling, and material logistics to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery on large ground-up installs.

The role requires extensive commercial/industrial electrical experience, the ability to read prints and specs, and a proven track record in coordinating multiple crews and supervisors on complex sites.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Must possess skills of lower rated positions including Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, T2 and H2.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all CEC field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Assist with working estimates and take-offs with Project Manager.
• Plan work for subordinates and ensure material, tools, and manpower are available.
• Develop work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Coordinate with General Contractor on daily scheduling and performance issues.
• Supervise installation of electrical feeders, equipment, switch gear, lighting, and terminations.
• Monitor progress and direct crews according to project pace.
