Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field trades on electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, scheduling, and on-time delivery. This role oversees foremen, crews, and coordination with the General Contractor on day-to-day performance.

You will manage site safety, enforce CEC policies, review drawings, perform estimates with the Project Manager, and ensure proper materials and manpower are in place.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Must possess all skills of lower rated positions including Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, T2, H2.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all CEC field trades on an electrical construction project.
• Do a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager.
• Lay out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons and ensure material, tools, equipment, information and manpower are in place on time.
• Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interface with General Contractor representatives on scheduling and performance.
• Supervise installation of electrical feeders, equipment, and control panels.
• Monitor and direct work pace and coordinate with other trades.
• Oversee administrative paperwork and safety reporting.
• Ensure overall project safety performance and training.
