Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Experience as a senior supervisor on electrical construction projects.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all CEC field trades on electrical construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on working estimates and take-offs.
• Lay out work for crews and ensure timely manpower, tools, and materials.
• Establish schedules and man-loading for the project.
• Coordinate with General Contractor for daily scheduling and performance.
• Provide supervision of foremen on installation of electrical equipment and wiring.
• Monitor work progress and adjust staffing as needed for pace and safety.
• Oversee safety, paperwork, and compliance with CEC policies.
