Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, prints, specs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field electrical trades on a project and supervises foremen and crews.
• Participates in working estimates and take-offs with Project Manager.
• Plans layouts, man-loading, and ensures materials and manpower are available.
• Manages safety programs and ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Oversees scheduling and coordination with General Contractor and other trades.
• Monitors work progress and directs crews to maintain pace and quality.
• Oversees admin tasks such as reports, timesheets, and safety records.
• Ensures proper training and performance of staff.
