You should have 8+ years on-site, MEP background, and experience with BMS/DCS, LEAN methods, and scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project. On-site role with competitive base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of construction site experience.
• 8+ years as general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of BMS, DCS.
• MEP background with prior life science experience.
• Experience managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to complete work.
• Prioritize safety, health and well-being of the team and surrounding environment.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.
