Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of construction site management, proven MEP superintendent experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction site management.
• Proven experience acting as a Superintendent on MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific construction site activities for electrical trades.
• Manage field operations and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on assigned projects.
• Oversee submittals, change requests, and cost evaluations as needed.
• Support project management in pre-construction, planning, and closeout activities.
