Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction site management experience.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on MEP construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Experience within pharmaceutical/biotech or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations and oversee subcontractors to meet milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support planning efforts including execution plans, schedules, sequencing, budgeting, and change management.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor field activities for regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain client relationships while coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.
