Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to provide expert input for power-generating construction projects and oversee start-up of HV systems. Relocation to the project site is required with per diem and rotations offered.

The role includes supervising Field Engineers and Foremen, coordinating with engineers, procurement, and subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise many employees and manage field crews.
• Strong communication with owners, engineers, and field staff.
• Solid understanding of job costing and cost control.
• Ability to read prints and contract documents and interpret codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site Foremen and Field Engineers to maximize productivity.
• Schedule labor, equipment, and subcontractors; control costs.
• Support engineering review, procurement, construction and start-up of HV systems.
• Enforce safety regulations and create a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and owners on major project decisions and issues.
