Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil/Mechanical Superintendent to lead a team at industrial construction sites. The ideal candidate will manage labor and materials for utility-scale solar projects while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising General Foremen and collaborating on major project decisions. A strong background in BESS, substations, or high-voltage systems is essential.

The position offers a salary range of $120,000–$160,000, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in BESS, substation, high-voltage, solar, or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Familiarity with federal and state codes relevant to civil/mechanical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise General Foremen and Field Engineers.
• Manage labor, materials, tools, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical expertise for grading and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on staffing and project execution.
• Support owner correspondence and major project decisions.
