Qualifications

• Must supervise multiple employees and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Ability to read and understand prints and contract documents.
• Solid understanding of job costing and cost control measures.
• May require journey-level electrical license and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises General Foremen, Field Engineers, and Foremen on-site to optimize resources.
• Schedules equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize production and control costs.
• Acts as electrical consultant on circuits, switchgear, and high voltage systems.
• Ensures safety compliance and enforces site safety regulations with Site Manager.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates with Owner, engineers, and subcontractors.
