Strong leadership, blueprint interpretation, and collaboration with project teams are required. This long-term site role involves travel to project locations and a steadfast commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in civil supervision on energy or heavy civil projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary construction sites.
• Knowledge of civil methods, materials, equipment, and safety best practices.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project specs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate civil construction activities on assigned projects.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain daily reports, progress logs, and required documentation.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients for coordination.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions on site.
• Assist with material procurement and inventory control.
• Perform on-site quality control inspections.
