Qualifications

• Active IBEW Journeyman license or eligibility to join.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data center/industrial/commercial/healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.
• Proven budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installations and ensure they meet quality standards and codes.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects and ensure work stays within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals to meet schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and correctness of work.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical installations considering timelines and budget constraints.
• Use Autodesk and other software to create detailed plans and drawings for electrical installations.
• Ensure electrical systems integrate with lighting and fire protection systems.
