Job summary

Jobot in Detroit is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to lead on-site projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across commercial, healthcare, or industrial sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision for commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; additional safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Enforce safety policies and monitor site protocols.
• Maintain schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Mentor on-site staff and foster a positive team environment.
• Resolve field issues and minimize delays or conflicts.
• Communicate progress updates to senior leadership.
