Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Electrical Superintendent to oversee multiple medium to large electrical construction projects in the region from Sterling Heights, MI. You will supervise Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgets.

The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent), 15+ years in electrical construction, and 5+ years in senior field leadership.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to lead and develop field personnel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across multiple electrical construction projects.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to field leadership teams.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to plan staffing and resource allocation.
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning and milestone execution.
• Enforce and promote company safety policies and procedures.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and project performance.
• Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings.
• Support pre-fabrication initiatives and strategic field planning.
• Be available and responsive to field needs as required.
